  • Love It!

Being a pure viewer (as in not having seen the original) the show was better than I expected. And I've pretty much fallen in love with almost all of the characters. I also love the way the story is going so far and I really, really hope it gets renewed.
  • Love it so far!

Yes it’s political, yes it’s cheesy, yes it’s different from the original show/books but is has a great story and I’m loving how it’s mapping out the characters!
  • Roswell Has Potential

This show starts off a bit sluggish and grows on you. Don’t listen to the haters regarding story Lines and plot points about politics it’s 2019 it works get over it. The actors on Roswell are a diverse talented group. Let’s give this show a chance to be as good or better than the original in its own way.
  • Definitely not Roswell

Just like the other reviewers...the show jumped the shark right from the very beginning with giving it a very strong political message and taking it away from the source material to the extreme. Turning a couple of characters gay for the sake of “hey, we need gays on the show” is just pathetic. When I watch a show, I want to be entertained and all this show does is the exact opposite. If I wanna hear political things, I can just go on Twitter 🤦🏻‍♂️

I never watch the old show so I knew nothing about this show. I watch it and was so drawn to the show. Love the chemistry between Max and Liz. Give the show a chance I know reboots aren’t always that good but so far I love it.
  • So far so good!

After reading the reviews, I was almost hesitant about watching. It’s not filled with political propaganda. It touches on real life issues happening in America. Let the haters hate. It’s a pretty good show!
  • Ignore the Haters!

I was a fan of the original series--still am--so it's not hard to imagine that I was extremely skeptical of the reboot. But after some seriously aggressive social media campaigns, I decided to give it a shot--and I'm hooked! The reboot definitely tackles more adult themes than the original run, and the actors have some great chemistry. Yes, the characters themselves do discuss immigration, and other reviewers have taken issue with the polictical tone--but consider for a moment that this could be building up to broader themes such as community, inclusiveness, and cooperation; themes that are timeless, regardless of changing political climates. These issues are going to occur on both sides of the human/alien storyline. So don't listen to the haters, this reboot brings a lot to the table!
  • Love it! Can’t wait for more

I like the series so far! Love the actor that plays Max tho but they did change a lot of the characters from the original! But so far I like it and it will get better if people will give it a chance!!!!
  • There is no originality. All is reboot reboot reboot

I remember the late 70’s, 80’s and 90’s originality and creativity in TV. Those writers were geniuses. Lately all I see are reboots but awful reboots. CBS has had luck with their reboots of action dramas because it is a formula that works for the network. Find a good hunk/gal ensemble and write an action series with the name of an old show and you got a winner. The CW used to be among my favorite networks and now I am getting tired of most of the shows. My favorite is still Arrow but this season storyline is terrible. I definitely do not like this reboot of Roswell. Sorry guys, just being honest.
